How do I contact Dr. Geo for a consultation?
You may schedule an appointment with Dr. Geo at his clinic in New York City through his informational website, www.drgeo.com.
My order was damaged, lost in transit, or had missing or wrong items.
We’ll work with you to get this straightened out right away. Please contact us so we can help you.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can return any purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date. All we ask in return is that you make sure that the products are in the same condition that you received them. You cannot return opened or damaged products for a refund.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
No matter the size of your purchase, within the US, you’ll pay just $7.95 for UPS Ground shipping. If you need it faster, we’ll give you that option during checkout.

How do I use the discount code provided by my doctor?
In order to receive the discount that you are entitled to, you need to enter your discount code during the checkout process. If you forget to do so, contact us and we’ll take care of you.
What if my discount code does not work?
After double checking to ensure that you have entered it correctly, if it still does not work, contact us and we will resolve the problem for you.
If I don’t have a discount code, how do I get one?
A discount code is either a benefit provided to you by participating medical practitioners or is earned by you over time.
Is expedited shipping available?
Yes, if you need your product faster than our standard UPS Ground shipping will accommodate, you can select during checkout the option for UPS 2-day Air shipping for $17.95.
Do you charge sales tax?
Depending on the state in which you live, we may be obligated to collect sales tax. If so, the amount of sales tax will be clearly stated during the checkout process and on your invoice.
Will you ship to destinations outside the United States?
Yes, but additional shipping fees and local import restrictions will apply.
